Milky Way in a different way
The Milky Way chocolate bar is is made of chocolate-malt nougat topped with caramel and covered with milk chocolate. In other countries, it’s basically called a Mars Bar.
Its name is meant to evoke the flavor of a chocolate milkshake – not the galaxy. The milky way first hit the streets in 1923 in Minneapolis, MN. But we’re sure nobody thought to batter and fry it until sometime in the last couple decades.
