From one of the few Asian-themed food booths at the fair came this juicy, mouth-watering hunk o’ beef.
Teriyaki Beef on a stick
Teriyaki is actually a Japanese cooking technique, mixing sugar and soy sauce into a sweet, savory marinade and cooking liquid that gives this meat its particularly delicious taste.
Not many booths at the fair featured Asian food – in fact, we counted only two – so we had to sample this one. The other stick food we found from the other booth was the deep-fried mushrooms.
